We came across Gretchen Slaughter on the internet while looking for a home in Casa Grande, Az.. We sent an e-mail and had a call back from her 10 minutes later. At the time we were still in the process of trying to find a city where to live, we had been to the area a number of times over the years, but had not been back for almost 10 years. So we were looking at the area and also a possible home to buy. We had contacted several agents prior, one had a nice conversation with us on the phone, and we never heard back from her. The other simply never return any calls. So Gretchen took the risk that we would possibly never move there. She answered countless questions over the next three months, both e-mails and phone. When we did finally make the trip there, she was ready to show us the five homes we had on our list. We were in town for four days and when we needed something or had questions she was there for us. We did find a home, made an offer, and bought a home. Gretchen also remained in contact after we left town, helped us with everything through the closing process. We were quite pleased with our experience with her.
