Pitts Realty

Megan was great to work with she was very fast to respond, knowledgeable and very helpful, she made the whole process simple and easy as possible. The next property i buy or put on the market she will be one of my first calls. Absolutely can't go wrong using her.

Megan helped make a hectic time in our lives simple with the sale of one of our properties, as we were consolidating homes and moving towards our goal to live full time at Pomme De Terre Lake. She was very responsive and made things happen fast. I would highly recommend Megan for a sale or purchase in the Hickory County area.

Megan came highly recommended to help us sell our lake home. Knowing we had poured our blood, sweat and tears into this home, our friend who is a very experienced, knowledgeable and top selling real estate agent in the KC area, suggested we contact Megan. He said he saw the way she promoted her clients homes/properties/etc., said she knew the area and had a great reputation. We took his advice and called her. Megan was very professional, respectful of our time and home, forthcoming and honest about expectations, comparable properties, etc. Megan was instrumental in helping us prepare, list and promote the sale of our home in a timely manner. All the while answering any questions, concerns and/or requests we had along the way. Showings, working with other agents and working with the title company, Megan did it all and always with a smile, gratitude and professionalism. What we thought would be our forever home at the beautiful Pomme De Terre Lake wasnt meant for us after all but thanks to the Lord above along with Megans hard workaEUR|another family will be making memories there. Megan helped make this unplanned for sale and move a reality and we are very thankful and grateful she did.

Megan was incredible to work with and sold our house fast. She was extremely responsive, professional and caring. Will be recommending to friends and family. #TeamPittsRealty
