Susan and Gina were great to to work with! We felt at ease knowing we were in good hands during our home buying process. Their experience and expertise were incredible assets and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I?ve worked with Susan to buy and sell homes in Salida. She?s knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and effective. She made an overwhelming process more manageable. Her connections and understanding of the community, market, etc were invaluable. Highly recommend working with her.

Susan has helped me purchase two properties and also sell my home. Communication is easy and prompt and timelines are continually updated and the process is always clear. She has excellent knowledge of the local market and leverages that for more favorable negotiations. Highly recommended.

As a long time realtor and Salida local, Susan has a deep knowledge of the community and the market. Indeed, it was her personal connections that connected me to the perfect new home. She and her team did a great job helping me navigate all the steps in purchasing a house, understanding all the paperwork and negotiations, and creating smooth communication channels with the seller. All in all, a very positive experience!
