It is rare to find someone that truly excels and exceeds all of your expectations. Amy accomplished just that in helping us to find a home! She was patient, organized and thoughtful during our initial search and did not flinch when we told her that we were just looking and it might be a couple months (or years) before we were ready. She listened to our feedback and identified the perfect home for us after taking us on just three showings. When it came time for negotiations, Amy was steadfast and truly served as an advisor and sounding board throughout the entire process. At every turn, Amy went above and beyond to make our lives easier and ensure that the process moved smoothly. She stepped in to oversee the inspection, helped coordinate bids from contractors during closing, and did everything in her power to make us feel welcome and comfortable in our new home. She was super responsive and always followed through on our questions, even going to the city to pull records and do some extra diligence for us. She provided us with the local area knowledge that makes the difference when you are buying a home. Amys background in construction and design were a huge help during the process. I remember turning to my wife at multiple points throughout the process and saying how lucky we were to have found her. Beyond her professionalism and expertise, Amy became a friend throughout this process and we are grateful for all of the hard work that she put into helping us find a home!
