She was very professional and helpful! I would highly recommend! As a younger person with two roommates, her guidance was valuable in getting a property rented that worked for us both.

Matt Larsen did an excellent job helping our military family. He started working with us while we were still stationed over in Japan, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground in California when we couldnt be there. Even when work travel sent us to Maryland right before closing, Matt stayed on top of the communication and made sure our paperwork and credits were protected. If you are relocating from overseas, or military and buying a home in Ventura County, Matt is the guy you want in your corner. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience working with Katie and truly could not recommend her more highly. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home, not just getting us into a house. Throughout the entire process, Katie was always available to answer questions, talk through decisions, and give us thoughtful and honest advice. We especially appreciated how well she balanced advocating for us while never making us feel pressured. Once we found our home, she was incredibly hands-on through negotiations, inspections, and escrow, making sure we understood every step and that nothing fell through the cracks. Buying a home can be stressful, but having Katie in our corner made the entire experience feel so much more manageable. She is professional, trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Chloe was amazing. She sold my studio city rental house within a few days & over the listing price. With Chloe's expertise, the escrow process went extremely well & closed within 30 days. Chloe then located a beautiful rental townhouse for me in Westlake Village & she negotiated a very reasonable price. After my purchase of the Westlake rental townhouse, Chloe assisted with my finding contractors so that I could update the townhouse. Chloe is very knowledgeable with all aspects of selling & buying property & always kept me informed on a daily basis. Chloe also works very well with cooperating brokers. I would highly recommend Chloe.

Deirdre made the renting process extremely easy, and was very proactive with communicating every step with us. Myself and my three roommates are recent college grads, and didn't have much experience with renting. Deirdre was very understanding of this and took the time to break down each component of the property and why it's the best fit for us. She is also very kind and professional, making her very good at her job. No complaints whatsoever, she's the best.
