Working with Tovia Lichtman was a great experience from start to finish. His market knowledge and strategic guidance played a big role in successfully selling my property. He was involved every step of the way, including during the construction process, offering valuable advice on what works best from a resale and market perspective. Very professional, responsive, and truly understands the market. Highly recommend.

Amazing Agent! He was so on top of every nitty gritty detail, so knowledgeable, and most of all and so so responsive! We Would recommend him to every family or friend of mine! WHAT AN UNBELEIVABLE AGENT! We were first time home buyers with lots of questions.... and the amount of time, passion and devotion he granted us was absolutely impressive!
