When we made the decision to sell our home in North Conway, we did a lot of research on the realtors in the area. We wanted a realtor who was responsive, respected, and most of all, really knew the Mt. Washington Valley. Emily fit the bill to a T. From pricing and staging help to negotiating and closing, she was on top of it all. We cannot say enough good things about her. You won't be disappointed if you list your property with Emily!

Emily knew it was our dream home long before we realized it. We moved to the Mount Washington Valley from nearly eight hours away, so every trip north had to count. Emily coordinated each visit with flow and purpose, so we got to see every house we were interested in, while giving us time to explore the neighborhoods and get a true feel for each property. Just as importantly, there were many homes we didn't see because Emily was honest from the start about which listings were overpriced, which had hidden concerns, and which suffered from road noise or other issues that weren't obvious from the photos. She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for, where we wanted to be, and how we wanted our home to feel. When our home came on the market, it was such a sought-after property that we couldn't make it north before the offer deadline. Emily gave us a video tour, and as soon as she stepped through the front door, she said, "Guys, I think this is it. I think you're going to love it." Ill be honest, the pictures were lovely, and the house looked charming and cozy, but I wasnt in love. Still, we trusted Emilys instincts. She knew what mattered to us, and the home checked every box, so we made an offer without ever setting foot inside. Weeks later, offer accepted and under agreement, we were finally able to walk into our new home for the first time. We immediately fell in love. What Emily recognized and what the pictures could never capture was the feeling. It felt like home. The journey from accepted offer to closing was anything but easy, but Emily stood beside us through every challenge. She communicated openly, prepared us for what to expect, and remained calm, professional, and steady throughout a long, complicated, and at times stressful closing process. She even went so far as to help me coordinate a surprise for my husband during our final walkthrough, but that's a story for another day. We'll forever be grateful for everything Emily did for us. She didn't just help us buy a house, she helped us find the place where we'll build our lives. We can't imagine our future anywhere else, and we're so thankful she helped us get here.
