Picket Fence Realty

Lisas professionalism impressed me so much, although everything was done remotely she made the process so smooth! Shes an amazing realtor and from the way she treated me an the advice she gave me regarding the property I could feel how passionate she is about her job! Thanks Lisa!

We had a property that was inherited so we didn't know about it. We contacted Lisa. She researched the property and quickly shared the information. We listed the property and within hours we had several serious buyers. To make a short story shorter we had a bidding war and got significantly more than list. All of this happened in a few days and we never had to travel to the city where the house is. Well done! We strongly recommend. Lisa.

Kat was exactly what our family needed when we decided to relocate to Palestine. She knew a lot about the area and made us feel welcome. She was always available to answer questions and show us around. She never left us hanging and has been a great source of references as we get to know our new home town!

Her expertise and knowledge of the area and her job . Made house buy for me and my family a lot easier and a enjoyable experience. She was always there to answer any questions we had and to help us out during ever step of the process. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Working with Lisa was awesome. My wife and I recently moved to Palestine & she made the process of buying a house as smooth as possible. When we had an issue with the city, Lisa got on the phone & helped connect us to the right people to sort it out. She worked closely with our banker. She helped introduce us to great contractors. Best Realtor in Palestine by a mile!
