I could not have asked for a better realtor. We contacted Precious a couple of years ago looking for a rental property. At the time we were not able to swing it and decided to stay at our current rental 2 more years until we were ready to buy. Fast forward 2 years later we were ready to purchase a home and from our first experience, I knew I wanted to work with Precious on this journey. She was so helpful and it really felt more like talking to a friend. You could tell she genuinely listened to our wants and made it happen! She even made sure to include our dogs needs/wants and included them in our closing gift! We are always thankful for you Precious! She was very prompt with following up on things for us and showing us around. She made our entire process much easier than I have ever experienced before, even going above and beyond to show us listings that had not been on our original agenda, getting us details of the property and what the process would look like.
