Jacob was great with helping us purchase our first home. He showed us multiple properties and made sure inform us of the positive and negatives of each . He had great knowledge and suggestions along the way and was helpful and informative in telling us what needed to be done and when.

Jacob worked with me for over a year to find the right place at the right price. Through out the process I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. When it finally came down to negotiating a price he suggested a number that was lower than I had considered stating that if he was buying the place that's what he would offer. It worked and I had enough money left over to do improvements. When things got tricky with the financing he found another lender who got the deal done. After I closed escrow he recommended really good people to do the work on my place. What more can a person ask for in a realtor?
