Pesek Properties, LLC

I just closed a deal with Chris. He is the epitome of a real estate professional. It was so nice to work with someone who actually takes your call and gets things done quickly and proficiently. I'll be looking for his signs and the opportunity to work with him every chance I get. Thanks Chris!! --Frank Cavitt, Realtor, Austin Texas Homes LLC.

When we moved to Dripping Springs five years ago, Chris Pesek wasn't even our realtor, yet he was still incredibly helpful to us. I first became aware of him through his Monday YouTube series, "Mortgage Mondays," and another show called "Raise the Roof Friday," where he followed the construction process of a client's home. Both were informative, educational, and gave me a great impression of his knowledge and professionalism long before we ever worked together. Fast forward to today, and when it came time for us to move, Chris became our buyer's agent. From the very beginning, he thought of every detail and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. He even coordinated contractors to complete modifications to our new home before we moved in. I never had to worry because I knew we were in Chris' capable hands. Chris has an exceptional knowledge of the entire Hill Country area, and that expertise was invaluable throughout our home-buying journey. He is responsive, proactive, and truly invested in helping his clients find the right home. Now Chris has taken on the role of our seller's agent, and he is doing an outstanding job there as well. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients have been evident every step of the way. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Chris Pesek. I can confidently say that if you work with Chris, you'll have a fantastic home-buying and selling experience.

Chris did a great job of selling our house quickly. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home. He is very knowledgeable, personable and works hard to make the process as easy as possible.

Chris went over and above what he needed to do to sell my home. I have bought and sold 5 properties in the last 2 years, and he was gar and away the most helpful realtor that I dealt with. His advice was accurate and he communed quickly. I highly recommend him

Chris has been extremely helpful throughout our process. He took time to meet with us prior to even looking at land and advising what to look for. During the search process, he was very thorough listening to us and suggesting areas we might enjoy. After purchasing our land, Chris has been instrumental and helping us lineup The folks that we're going to need to complete our projects. Plus, he has great recommendations for restaurants.
