Starting in Sept 2011, Anthony has worked with us in solving what we thought we were looking for. We needed a place with some acreage for our horses, a home newer then 2000, about 3000 sq ft with a pool, barn and fence. That was the basics...but,Who knew the short sales and foreclosures the banks held while these homes were listed on the MLS would be a roadblock to some pretty nice homes at decent prices. Anyhow, about 9 properties or 9 contracts later, we finally found a homeowner with no issues and was somewhat easy to negotiate with. Many other homes had termites, wood trim rot, green pools and even some with property line encroachment issues.Anthony not only assisted us in getting into the new home, but when we listed our old home, he was very resourceful in getting it sold where the competition of homes in our old community was short sales and foreclosures. It took 8 months to find a home that we could purchase and 9 months to sell our old home. It's a tough market right now but someone like Anthony is patient and on top of the procedures to keep things moving.Anthony is very very techy with IPads, IPhones and computers. He also uses DotLoop for Texas Real Estate Contracts...very convenient too. I wouldn't suggest anyone else as Anthony Gulley is the right person to get you bought and sold in real estate.As of this moment, he is also assisting us with a retirement village for our parents.What more can I say but what a great good honest guy to deal with. :)

Anthony was/is fantastic and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house in Fort Worth. We were recommended Anthony by a friend who used him on several occasions to buy and sell houses around the area. He definitely lived up to our expectations. This was only the second time we've bought a house - our first experience back in Maryland was only so-so, with a realtor who was incredible sweet, but was not as "pleasantly-aggressive" as we had needed as first time home buyers. Anthony definitely fit the bill. He had our best interests at heart, and cared about getting us the house we wanted. He first sat down with us to figure out what we were looking for - spending about 30 minutes with us on a Sunday afternoon in our cramped apartment with a barking dog and screaming baby. He was patient, taking the time to ask us all of the questions and getting all of the information he knew he needed to help us find our home. He set up a wonderful online email distribution, sending out houses on a daily basis that his search turned up. After that, Anthony was readily available to go look at houses, whether it was one or multiple in a single day. He was always near a phone to talk, and if he was busy, he'd call you back as soon as he could. When we found a house that we liked, he helped walk us through the process of making an offer and what to expect next. He was also upfront and honest with us, letting us know that the Fort Worth market was a seller's market, that property inventory wasn't high, and that the property's that are on the market are going fast. So when we found a house we liked, he emphasized the need to make an offer. Anthony was also very patient with us. The purchase of our house in Keller was dependent on the sale of our house in Maryland. Our luck being what it was, the sale did not go smoothly. Anthony was very patient with us while emotions were running high, very understanding of our situation, and provided great insight and suggestions into how to make the process smoother. At the end of the day, Anthony helped us buy a great house in a great area. We are very thankful for his help and will definitely use him again if we ever need to sell or buy a house!
