People's Trust Realty

My wife and I highly recommend Mike Bennett, Jr of Peoples Trust Realty. He recently helped us sell our home in the Trillium neighborhood. He was responsive and supportive throughout the process, and we greatly valued his assistance!

Michael was extremely helpful and understanding through our home buying process. Paired with a fast response to every phone call or text message. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable through out the entire experience of buying a house and truly made it enjoyable. I can say that we will never use another realtor for as long as Michael is in the business!

Would not use this agent again. Next time around I would select an agent with better communication skills and worked for me, not against me.

If youre looking for a realtor who truly cares, I highly recommend Michael Bennett Jr. From start to finish, he was kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire home-buying process. He never made me feel rushed and was always willing to answer my questions and do additional property research whenever I asked. His knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication gave me confidence every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but Michael made the experience so much easier. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and commitment to helping me find the right home. I couldnt be happier with my purchase, and I would absolutely recommend Michael Bennett Jr. to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Great commission rates and deals. Friendly and very easy to work with. Sold our home very quickly and at the price we wanted. Went above and beyond. Also, helped us buy our new home. He was a huge help through the final walkthrough of our new home pointing out things we wouldnt have known to point out. Highly recommend!
