We were out of state buyers and Carol went above and beyond to show us houses we were interested in. When we were able to be in Washington, she showed us as many houses as we could get to on our list. Her honest assessment of each property was so helpful in narrowing down what we were looking for. When we couldnt be in WA, she visited homes for us and gave us detailed descriptions on everything. She measured rooms for us, texted pictures of anything we asked about and looked for wear and tear like we would if we were there. Carol explained in complete detail the whole home buying process. If we had any questions, she had the answers or knew who to contact for the answers. The market was very hot and with Carols expertise we put offers on a few houses. When we were not the high bid, she had a positive attitude that kept us motivated to keep looking until we found the right house for us.
