Penny & Team

Penny is amazing at what she does. She takes care of her clients and keeps them up to date throughout the entire process. Penny is knowledgeable and has a great deal of experience. I would highly recommend Penny to help you buy or sell your home.

Penny was awesome! She is very knowledgeable, responsive and available. She does NOT disappoint! If it wasnt for Penny, we would not have secured our home in Ocean Shores and we are so thankful. She also provided us with excellent local referrals for everything we needed to make it all come together. We highly recommend Penny.

Aryana is a thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough Relitor. What can I say about Aryana? After searching for a reltor for a view months I met Aryana at an open house. She had a great vibe and right away she made me feel comfortable and was able to answer my questions/ point me in the right direction to start our home buying process. Aryana spent 6months ( SIX MONTHS) every weekend looking with me in directions of unfamiliar areas to both of us; we probably saw 150 homes. Needless to say I am picky. We had a lot of fun adventures on these trips from seeing haunted houses, to the our perfect home and everything in between. Aryana was patient with us, and kept up the motivation to keep going and find us the house that checked off all of our boxes She willed it into existence and we could not be happier. If you want a reltor who will listen to you, work with your budget and get you exactly what you want, you want this lady. We will defiantly be repeat clients for future home purchasing, and are now happy to call her a friend. Sincerely Chloe
