Pennie Carroll & Associates

Our family had a great experience with Laura as first time home buyers! She was very patient with us as we learned the process of home buying and looked at many homes. We had a smaller budget and she worked with us to find a home that fit us perfectly. We would highly recommend using Laura!

Laura did a phenomenal job working with me to sell my home in Windsor Heights, IA. From the first time I initiated contact to the final closing, she was always very quick to respond and offer her knowledge and support. She walked me through the process and kept an open ear for any questions that I had. I would strongly recommend her as a competent and amazing realtor in the Des Moines area. Simply put, she is fantastic.

Laura responded quickly to the initial inquiry and has been really helpful in the final steps to closing. She was able to provide the assistance I needed to understand the process and walked me through options as we sold the family home.

We really enjoyed working with Laura. She is friendly, knowledgeable and worked very hard to help us find our home. She was patient with our process, encouraging and easy to communicate with. I never felt pressured and appreciated her local knowledge. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
