I had a great experience working with Ruben in purchasing my home. From the beginning to the end of the process, they were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. They helped me understand each step clearly and made the whole home-buying process much smoother and less stressful. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and dedication to helping me find the right house. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife and I have been just thinking about a possibility to purchase our first home.. Ruben has been a great agent for consulting us on what we can get with our budget and timing.. He gave us a few recommendations on home loans and banks to partner with and they have been the best with pricing, communication, and opportunity. Ruben is the agent to get you all set when it comes to real estate!

I have been investing with Ruben and Mark for about two and a half years in about 5 projects. I started with them without any investment experience and was a little apprehensive and unsure of the process. That quickly changed after the first project because Ruben and Mark were very thorough and very patient, and walked us through every step of the process. I was contacted regularly with updates and was offered access to the project site consistently during the process. The projects were consistently on time and we received the payouts promptly after closing. I have earned a lot from Ruben and Mark's expertise and as a result, I am ready to take on more challenging projects. For whoever is interested, I would recommend investing with Ruben and Mark.

It was a great choice to work with Ruben. He consulted us on finding a home and answered all our questions about real estate that came on the way. He is trustworthy and it was great to work with him. A true professional!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ruben. I have bought and sold several houses over the years, so this is not my first time navigating the real estate market, but Ruben and his team truly stand out. They clearly know exactly what they are doing. Ruben was incredibly helpful, providing excellent insight and practical tips throughout the process. His team even took care of furnishing and staging the house, which made a huge differenceaEUR"we actually closed with the very first buyer! I will definitely be working with Ruben again in the future and highly recommend his services.
