Matt did an excellent job of taking pictures that pointing out the highlights of my home. I was also very pleased with the offering price of the home. I thought it was on the high side but he convinced me to go with it. It went on the market in the morning and was sold latter that afternoon, and I received the full asking price.

My husband and I have utilized Matts services twice now. He is simply exceptional when buying or selling a home. He has never made us feel rushed and has made time for us no matter how busy he is. You cant go wrong with Matt! He has amazing people skills and is very knowledgeable about houses and the market. He helped me choose my house by explaining how high the market is and where to find the best bang for my buck. He helped me close in less than a month, worked with me on the paperwork, and made this process really smooth for me. He was available and responsive. He assisted in negotiating between me and the seller and helped me get practically everything on my home inspection fixed (I even got a 65 inch TV). The best thing I liked was Matts honesty. He didnt take advantage of me and offered to help me look till I was completely satisfied. He even offered up his own tools to help me clean up around the yard! I have absolutely no complaints with Matt, he is awesome!
