In 2025 we were lucky enough to find ourselves in a position to start looking for property to purchase in North County SLO. We had been renting in Atascadero for years in hopes of being able to purchase at some point and set down real roots. When the opportunity presented itself, we weren't sure who to contact to represent us as buyers since this was such a big decision and we needed guidance and understanding. Mostly from name familiarity around town, I contacted Peek Realty via phone and Seth answered. His phone presence and upbeat demeanor and enthusiasm we found infectious and we knew immediately that we had contacted the right people.
