Pearson Smith Realty

Lisa Smith is the literal residential expert of our neighborhood and the surrounding area. Working with her made the entire process - from listing, staging, closure and post-closure - an absolute breeze. It was almost shocking how streamline this process was and it was due in part to Lisa's knowledge and experience. If we were still in the northern Virginia area, we would return to Lisa Smith for our home buying or selling needs again.

Lisa knew everything about the neighborhood we were selling in, and her expertise enabled us to get multiple offers the first weekend. If you are selling in Ashburn, check with Lisa!

Lisa is the best! If i could, I would give more stars than the 5 allowed in all the catogories. She was always available and provided very clear communication throughout the process.

I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor. She recently helped me successfully sell my home, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. Lisa went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience as smooth as possible. We had a number of repairs and projects that needed to be completed before putting the house on the market, and her network of trusted contractors was invaluable. She provided excellent recommendations, helped coordinate scheduling, and made sure everything got done within a very tight timeframe. Lisa was responsive, knowledgeable, organized, and always willing to step in and help wherever needed. Her experience and attention to detail made a tremendous difference from preparing the house for sale all the way through closing. If you are buying or selling a home and want a realtor who will truly work hard on your behalf, I highly recommend Lisa. She did an outstanding job, and I'm very grateful for everything she did to help make the sale of my home a success.

Ive worked with Lisa multiple times and she always goes above and beyond. She is organized and on top of everything throughout the entire process, both from buying and selling perspectives. Highly recommend anyone looking for a local expert in NOVA to have Lisa help with their realty needs!
