My fianc?e and I were planning to purchase our first home, and Kevin was recommended to us by our mortgage officer. Not knowing where to start or what to expect, Kevin helped guide us to the right home with knowledge, advice, responsiveness and patience that comes from his many years of experience in the real estate business.His knowledge of both the region and property care/management was impressive. Further, Kevin did not impose this knowledge but rather let us come to some of our own conclusions. He would always take the time to hear our viewpoint and then add insight, which I believe to be an important quality in an agent. Kevin remained very responsive throughout the process, quick to reply to emails and meet us for a viewing (even last minute). I?m sure he has multiple clients that he works with, but we never felt his attention directed anywhere other than our home buying process. He stayed up late multiple nights helping us navigate through offers, counteroffers, and tough decisions. His communications with the seller?s agent helped us ultimately secure the purchase for the price we felt most comfortable with.We love our new home and feel that its combination of location, amenities, and purchase price were exactly what we were looking for. Kevin played an integral role and we cannot recommend him highly enough!

Kevin Kleifges is a true expert in the area. I wanted to buy my first home in Vienna (VA), but had a tight budget and wasnt sure it would be possible. Given Kevins knowledge of the market, he was able to quickly judge my options. We were not up for an easy task and even when I was ready to start looking at different areas, he kept me positive and focused. At first I had a vague idea of what I was exactly looking for in a house and with the right questions, Kevin helped me to shape my vision and based our search on that. My schedule is not at all flexible so I appreciated hed make himself available to show me all the houses I wanted to see whenever. When we met, he was always perfectly prepared to give me extra information on each house based on his previous communications with the sellers. During the whole home buying process, Kevin communicated with me almost literally 24/7, as well as with my lender, which tremendously sped the process and we could close 3 weeks after putting an offer on the house. Since I was a first time home buyer, I had no knowledge of the entire home buying process and the usual timeline so Kevin explained everything to me thoroughly. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Kevins and the Belt Teams services, and wouldnt go with anyone else.

Kevin Kleifges is a realtor rock star - we love his down-to-earth style, and we are confident in his abilities. You won?t regret contacting him. We decided to casually browse open homes in Vienna, and Kevin was the very first realtor and listing we saw at 1PM on a Sunday. He was easy-going and approachable ? with heavy ?cool dad? vibes. Further, he had substantive comments for us as first-time home buyers, and he had also prepared a very thorough packet about the home he was listing ? in addition to the usual photos and MRIS sheet, it had a maintenance/renovation history as well as other sheets. We thanked him for our time and visited over ten homes and realtors, and we concluded that Kevin made us feel the most comfortable. With that in mind, we opted to work with him, which was easy peasy no retainer needed. Kevin is thorough and methodical. Regardless of the home we looked at, he would first inspect the systems, ball park their age, and listen to our feedback. We had a very specific set of requirements, but he respected our opinions and did not bombard us with listing after listing. Even when we were ready to pounce, he reigned us in by first informing us of comps before we moved. Kevin helped us gain the upper edge in the hot real estate market through information gathering ? he established early rapport with the listing agent of the home we ultimately purchased to gauge the competitive landscape, helping us time and price our offer accordingly. Now that the house is closed an done, Kevin and I still chat every now and then, in fact we?re (somewhat distant) neighbors! From what I gather, Kevin?s Belt Team mostly lives in Vienna, sometimes selling homes just blocks away from theirs ? this intimate connection with the neighborhood gives them the edge if you are targeting the Oakton-Vienna-McLean corridor
