Caroline was the realtor I worked with, and so glad I came across her. We were able to tour 5 places in a day and found a perfect match by the 3rd house. They were able to work with my circumstances (having had travelled full time the last few years) and accommodate our housing needs within a timely manner. The process was pretty seamless and a lot less stressful than other realtor companies I've worked with in the past who were trying to force us to pay a double deposit and fix hVac units ourselves, which is absolutely unacceptable for any landlord to put on a rental tenant. The properties we viewed were all very well taken care of and clean. Caroline was such a great, responsive, quick, and knowledgeable realtor to work with who didn't drag the process out with a bunch of ridiculous hoops to jump through.
