He monitored market conditions so that we went to market with the best price and marketed the condo with great pictures. He listened patiently to my must haves and nice to haves and worked hard to find the right fit. He was direct and honest about potential time and monetary trade-offs between my ideal home and the choices available in the 78704 market which was my primary area of interest. Within a month, Brett Ponds located a good fit and negotiated a significant price reduction in a hot real estate market.
