Paul Wesley Real Estate

We informed Charity that we hadn't bought a house in 37 years and would need a lot of help in the process, Charity was there for every question and concern we encountered. A real pleasure to work with. Looking forward to living in our dream home!

Charity was referred to me and was able to bring a successful conclusion to my home search. She was thorough, patient and professional throughout the entire process. Always pleasant/positive despite of this buyers many changes. Highly recommend.

Charity was terrific. She advised me on how to get my home ready to sell and was knowledgable about the listing price for my neighborhood. I would recommend her highly to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We have worked with Charity Cox on two occasions and she has been outstanding both times. Most recently, she sold our Mom's home in just a couple of days, giving us 5 offers, and we sold the home ABOVE asking price. Charity exceeded every expectation! Her expertise, responsiveness, and dedication made the selling process quick and seamless from start to finish. She has consistently advocated for our best interests, communicated clearly, and handled every detail with care and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Charity to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable real estate agent.
