Zillow assigned Benjamin to me when I requested a to schedule a viewing. After four days of submitting a view request, along with sending follow up emails, two texts and two phone calls, Benjamin has never responded. We are very interested in the property, but the non responsiveness of Benjamin ensures we will find an agent who is actually responsible.

Mr. Karnes did an excellent job in helping us purchase our home. We faced many challenges, but he was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive of the decisions that we made, and di everything in his power to make the purchase successful - which it was!. He is excellent and we absolutely recommend him to anyone who is in need of an agent. We will absolutely be using him again for any future purchases we may make.

Very hard worker. He was persistent about searching and sending homes for us to consider. Super easy to communicate with. Willing to travel to multiple locations. 5/5 Would definitely recommend.
