Matthew did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. He is very knowledgeable even with things outside of real estate. For example Matthew was very knowledgeable about home inspections , home appraisals, he was able to catch imperfections before my husband and I saw them when viewing different homes. Matthew also has phenomenal negotiating skills he was friendly, responsive, set up regular weekly check-ins, and always gave great advice. I would highly recommend Matthew as a realtor he truly goes above and beyond for his clients my husband and I arrived at the property for our final walk through and he was vacuuming the entire house.
