Not reliable, I could not count or rely on fully, plenty of bait and switch lies. It was a dishonorable and hostile experience. Was brushed off, betrayed, my mother with medical needs was rapidly abandoned, by nonsense response that someone should reach back out due to the agents personal family needs, which happened several times before. Everything backfired when I intervened the owner, she clearly has a different agenda and path which is not aligned with any integrity and or transparency Its monkey business as they prioritize family, with lack of focus for customer needs with time sensitive rental prospects Nightmare and wasteful experience, they lack in focus with attention to detail. They kept using dated pictures when I asked them to take pictures of newer appliances, very sloppy performance The owner remains in deep denial, and is committed to her Agent, and stands fully by her wrongdoings that have created only more harm then good
