Amy is AH-MAZE-ING!!!! First of all, moving from out of state, Amy orchestrated a marathon, visiting fifteen homes in one day! Second, we find our dream house that day. Then she assisted with our offer! And THEN, she began to work! There was back and forth with a challenging seller, more back and forth, finally our offer was accepted. So it's all finished now? Not even close. She was great in connecting us with a home inspector. After that she introduced us to a GC to get an estimate on the inspection and then (no "and then") more back and forth with the seller. Finally we make it to closing day! So Excited! When moving from out of state, I think one of the best services that Parker Realty provides is communication. Amy was not only immediate to respond to a call, text or e-mail, but more frequently she is pro-active with communication throughout the entire process. In today's fast paced world, communication is key and not once did we wonder when or if we'd hear from her. Just amazing service.
