Parker Realty

We first met LaurieAnn in 2019 when she helped us purchase a home here in Galt. We recently called her to help us sell a mobilehome our son had been living in. Once again LaurieAnn was an absolute wonder to work with. She has such a pleasant personality and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel at times she went above and beyond to help us when unexpected problems arose. We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.

Laurie was absolutely amazing. She was very forward and upfront about the entire process. She made sure we were informed of options during important decision making times. Laurie also brought great energy to our home that helped motivate us to get our home ready to sell. She is aEURoethat personaEUR? who will go the extra distance to ensure a good sale with transparency. I would absolutely recommend Laurie to anyone selling their home in Northern California.

LaurieAnn was great at finding me a rental property. She took care of all the inspections and communications. I was able to close in 14 days. She even helped me get the house rented. Great customer service skills. I highly recommend LaurieAnn.

We are so glad we found Madison & Devon! Our father in Galt, CA recently passed away and my sister and I were in a position of needing to prepare his home for sale. We were nervous because neither of us have much experience with real estate, we both work full time, and I live two states away. We searched for realtors in the area with a high volume of sales and Madison & Devon were at the top. We contacted them, they immediately responded and from our first meeting set our minds at ease. They handled everything from helping find inspectors, contractors, landscaping, cleaning, staging, and showing. We handled almost everything via text, email, and phone calls, which was super helpful with our busy schedules. The house sold very quickly for the price we were looking for. All the fees and expectations were laid out up front and there were no last-minute surprises. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Madison & Devon are definitely the best people to work with to buy or sell a home. We feel blessed to have found them!

Toni was very helpful and she got the job done for us, meeting our expectations and making our move and the ability to buy our house in Idaho before the snow came. We went through a tough time losing my dad and having to sell his house quickly. Thank you Toni.
