I have worked with him in the past with a multifamily sale, and was impressed by the entire experience. When I called him initially I didnt have a time line but I knew what I wanted aEUR" Mike helped broaden my view of what I might consider buying in such a way that it felt easy and with zero pressure, with a more than hour phone call to hash out all the details. I decided to make the transition from a Brooklyn rental to a condo somewhere in south western CT.
