Matthew is the gold standard against which all real estate agents should be judged. He is outstanding in every wayaEUR" smart, ethical, responsive, caring, dedicated, hard-working and creative. When you sign with him he is 100% on your team aEUR" working tirelessly to find what you need and then negotiating hard make it happen. We lost our home of 26 years in the Palisades fire and went to open houses for over a year while we figured out what we wanted to do. Matthew was the sellers agent at several of them and really stood out among the seemingly hundreds of agents wed met as the perfect balance aEUR" knowledgeable, relatable, and truly committed to helping us find a home again. We had very specific needs that made finding a home difficult aEUR" including needing a two bedroom ADU for our autistic adult son and his caretaker. Matthew scoured not only the properties on the market but those that were not, finding an off-market house only being marketed to developers that we nearly bought. An additional complication of our search was the hundreds of displaced Palisades families that we were also competing against aEUR" one house that we put an offer on had 13 total offers, making it feel as if we would never find a home. The house that we finally bought happened because Matthew saw it the day it listed and told us to go look right away. With guidance from him and his partner Jay we made an immediate offer and wrote a letter explaining our situation. Without their help we would never have found this house in time. We feel so lucky to have found Matthew who not only helped us find our home but became someone we think of as a friend and hope to have in our life for a long time.

Five stars. Margie Arbizo was phenomenal. We worked with other agents before Margie. None of them compared to her. Her work ethic is unmatched. She made herself available whenever we needed her. Any question we had, she looked into it and got back to us. She was patient the whole time we were shopping in Los Angeles. She never rushed us. She gave us options and let us decide.
