Josh and his team were very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Josh was extra patient with us and really listened and saw the vision we had for our first home. He went above and beyond to help us get the house we loved. We are so greatful for him and his team! Highly recommended.

Joshua was great. Very responsive and patient. Joshua did whatever it took to make sure we were able to find a home and secured a price that was within our budget. I would recommend Joshua 100%.

Josh has great personality, friendly and great to work with. We are new to the area and he had the knowledge of all local info and any upcoming home sales. We would have been lost if it weren't for Josh's great referrals in getting services to our new home. I would highly recommend him for your next home purchase, we would definitely work with him again! Josh has good character, he has rescued animals, that tells you something there. Thank you Josh, you were amazing to working with us! ??
