Marla did an excellent job for us. She was both our listing agent, helping us to get our prior home of 31 years ready to be sold, and our agent helping us to purchase our current home. It was "difficult" at times, but Marla made sure to get us through it. She explained each process in detail and allowed us time to make some hard decisions. She went above and beyond to keep us from being overwhelmed. It is not easy to buy and sell at the same time, but it was worth all the effort. We could not be happier with the results!
