John is a fantastic realtor! My wife and I were first time home buyers. John was so patient while answering our newbie questions and giving us easy to understand explanations to things while not seeming condescending or rude. We left our first showing definite that we were going to put in an offer but decided last minute after the contract was drafted up decided not to. This did not effect how John treated us and he didnt push us to make an offer, he just said no worries and we kept moving along and looking at places with him. John gave us realistic opinions as to what our contract/offer contained and if it was a decent offer, however, he did not force us to offer anything we werent comfortable with and was more than willing to present what we wanted to offer even if it seemed like a long shot. John was super responsive and worked around the clock to ensure everything was running smoothly after our offer was accepted. He pushed the title company and lenders to ensure we closed on time. Ive heard a few horror stories of realtors and we were so blessed that John was our realtor. All around a great guy and a true profession who loves conquering the changes of the real estate world all while providing buyers the best experience possible. 100% would use John again to buy a house! We plan on recommending him to family members.
