Pagoda Realty

Jimmy was the selling agent, and Davin and I were the buyers. It was a rough road to closing through no fault of Jimmys, but he was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire process. His communication was 10/10. He always responded within minutes and even took phone calls late in the evening when we needed him. He also checked in with us after closing to congratulate us again. I would absolutely use Jimmy again and highly recommend him!

Extremely trustworthy, excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Todd's communication is excellent, always answered our questions promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Jimmy did an amazing job assisting me with both of my properties. Highly recommended him. I can also say that, he's definitely not a gate keeper. He's has helped me with so many questions, very knowledgeable and professional.

Working with Jimmy was an absolute blessing! From start to finish, he was extremely patient with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He truly cared about making sure we found not just a house, but a home in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. Jimmy went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, big or small, and always made sure we fully understood every step of the process. What really stood out was how dedicated he was to our needs, he listened closely to what we were looking for and guided us with honesty and professionalism. He took the time to explain details we wouldnt have even thought to ask about, and his knowledge of the market gave us so much peace of mind. We felt supported, heard, and cared for throughout the entire journey. Because of Jimmys expertise and commitment, were now living in a home we absolutely love, in a neighborhood where we feel safe and happy. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. If you want someone who truly has your best interests at heart, Jimmy is the one to call.

Jim is an outstanding businessman and realtor who did a remarkable job with selling my home. He is intelligent, educated, and quick witted with closing a home and easy to deal with especially forming a relationship with him. As a licensed Realtor myself, you will not be disappointed in Jim"s performance.
