I had an amazing experience working with Jake. The qualities that I was looking for in a realtor were, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, proactive, available and someone who best understand the needs of the customer. Jake met all of these qualities and exceeded my expectations. Finding a home in the hot seller market was quite challenging for me and my wife. Jake was very diligent and patient with us in finding the best home which turned out to be a good deal for us. Not only were we able to get home below the asking price, we also had a smooth experience from placing an offer until closing the escrow process. I recommended Jake to all my family members and highly recommended him as a realtor.

Nick is an excellent listing agent! Courteous, prompt, and efficient! He has listed 2 properties for me so far...both sold within 5 days! He has a gift of staging and marketing properties to draw the most attention and highest possible market value.

Nick is a great real state agent. He went far and beyond to find the perfect home for my family. He is a very knowledgeable professional and always offered great advice. Certainly we will be working with him again in the future.

Nick helped my husband and I buy our first home. We were grateful for his industry knowledge as we saw nearly twenty-five houses. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and honest of the pros and cons of each house. He was very responsive to any questions and walked us through all the contracts and buying process. He even recommended several local vendors for some of the home renovation we planned. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were recommended to Nick and we were lucky to have him represent us. He helped us look at over 25 houses in the south county area before finally deciding on a place in Mission Viejo. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the area and helped us through some difficult seller caused hiccups while in escrow. Not sure what we would have done if we didnt have him helping us. I would highly recommend using Nick in the future!
