Her vast knowledge of San Diego's real estate market and her years of experience were beneficial in determining a viable selling price, negotiating with interested parties and accompanying us throughout the entire process. Although this was a second home and on a smaller scale than Danielle customarily deals with, she still gave it her 100% attention. We choose Danielle from several other real estate agents for the way she introduced herself during her initial visit, as well as for her follow ups. She was very thorough and informative, without being pushy. She gave us useful advice on what to expect once we decided to put the house on the market and how to proceed to receive the best offers. She was also very helpful in getting the house staged and looking it's best for picture day and for open houses. We were impressed at her hard work selecting the best offers and presenting them to us. She was fantastic in helping us go through the hurdles of a tortuous termite inspection as well as navigate all the required legalities and paperwork made more complicated by the fact that we were often out of town during the whole process. She was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, either by phone or text as well as interacting with the buyer's agent to make the whole process smooth and as stressless as possible for both sides.
