Pacific Sotheby's International Realty

We had an outstanding experience working with Nicolai and Shannon to sell our beach VRBO property. He helped us achieve an excellent sale price and guided us through every step of the process with professionalism and expertise. What really set him apart was his understanding of the unique challenges of selling a vacation rental. He worked around our existing guest bookings, coordinated showings with minimal disruption, and helped ensure a smooth transition for the new owners while protecting our rental business during the sale. His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer questions, and his knowledge of both the local market and short-term rental properties proved invaluable. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a vacation rental property.

Amelie approached us and asked if she could show our unlisted property to potential buyers. We agreed and from there, thanks mostly to her, was a super smooth path to a speedy and successful sale of our property at fair market price. We highly recommend working with her.

It was such a pleasure working with Amelie! Her experience, professionalism and honesty made the purchase of our new condo a smooth transaction. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing realtor. We will definetly have her represent us in the future as a buyer or seller. Thank you Amelie!

Nicolai and his team helped us navigate two transactions in 2026. He and his team were on top of every issue that came up and ensured both transactions closed without issue. His help with the planning and preparation for the sale of an investment property were instrumental in receiving an immediate offer above our asking price. We continue to highly recommend him!

I met Amelie at an open house over a year ago, and she politely stayed in touch with me. When I was ready to purchase on the Peninsula, she was incredibly helpful. Amelie is very well-versed in real estate and is extremely patient with her clients. I would encourage you to interview her for any of your future real estate needs.
