Pacific Properties Realty Group

We had a fantastic experience with Johan. As first-time home buyers we needed someone who was knowledgeable on the market and could help guide us throughout the whole process. He was incredibly patient, encouraging, and always available for any questions we night have. He truly had our best interest in mind and worked hard to get us a good deal.

The team at Pacific Properties Realty Group did an amazing job from start to finish.A Johan is very professional and understands all of the aspects of real estate. He and his team were very "hands on" in getting it sold.A Johan kept me updated with buyer inquiries and comparable local market listings.A He is very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Johan is an incredible realtor, and his entire team was a pleasure to work with! He helped me sell my property while living across the country, and made the whole process easy and painless. Despite selling during a traditionally slower time of the year, I was able to get the property under contract quickly and lean on him for things that needed to be addressed in-person while I was not there. I highly recommend Johan and his team to anyone in the area looking to sell or buy!

Johan helped me buy my first investment property, a duplex in Los Angeles. He was exceptional at negotiating with the seller's agent. The seller wanted to sell as is and not budge on the price. Johan got the seller to lower the price and pay for repairs. Johan was always available, day or night. I have a very busy schedule and he worked around it. This was a stressful transaction because my lender made a mistake. Johan called them and got them to fix everything. Johan has great knowledge of all of the areas he sells in. He explained so much to me about different neighborhoods. It was great working with Johan. He made everything seemless and took great care of me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a property. Thank you Johan. S. Azer
