We had a few buyers pull their offers which was stressful for me, and Dylan was a calming, reassuring presence and kept me informed throughout each offer. When Dylan sold my house, it was a complicated offer and I had confidence in him as he navigated the complexities, and I was grateful for his communication with me throughout the sale.
