Working with Abby was the best choice we could have made. We give her our highest recommendation. My husband and I were selling a house that was very unique for our area, and Abby went above and beyond to help us sell. Her professionalism and friendliness, knowledge of the area, knowledge of the process (and ability to explain it to us), and her negotiation skills are top notch. What we really appreciated the most was that Abby had our best interests in mind, she is an excellent communicator, and she was always only a phone call or a text away. This was our first time experiencing this process, so we had A LOT of questions. Not only did we feel like we were Abby's only clients, but she went out of her way to make sure we had our questions answered, and that we were settled and comfortable with any decisions that came up along the way. Additionally, Abby worked really hard to show us homes that fit what we were looking for (which we did not make easy, as we didn't really know what we wanted... and still, Abby was patient and understanding through the entire process).
