ZillowVERIFIED Long story short: Tess is a real estate expert. She is SO knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and she really cares about making sure you land in the right home. She is also a former builder/contractor which is a major added bonus when it comes to scoping out properties in this area.There were multiple bids on the property we fell in love with, and I honestly don't think our bid would have been accepted if it weren't for Tess's expert guidance. When we heard there were a number of other offers on our dream home, she gave thoughtful advice on how to proceed, but was never pushy. She was a calming force anytime things got stressful for us. Tess and Pacific Pro Realty are well established on the North Coast and she knew all the right people to get a hold of during the buying process. She gave great recommendations for which inspectors to use, she knew who to contact when I had specific zoning questions (she even called them herself when I had a hard time getting a hold of them), and she was able to get our roof fixed at the last minute by a trusted contractor. This was the second home we've purchased with her help. We would most definitely work with Tess again in the future!

My husband and I had been looking for a buildable lot or home in astoria. We had acually used several agents in the area but, because we were not living in the area, I think those agents didn't take us seriously. We finally met with Chris and he was AMAZING. He represented us in buying lot EXACTLY in our desired area. Let me tell you, what with that came NUMEROUS challenges and Chris met every one.He met us on weekends Met with neighbors, engineers, contractors and surveyors (repeatedly). He worked tirelessly and always with an excellent attitude. With his help we were able to aquire the property of our dreams. ZillowVERIFIED Chris was the perfect agent for us. We looked for a year before finding the perfect home. We were buying from out-of-state. Chris was our "eyes" during the process and checked out at least 40 homes for us to help us decide if we needed to make the 10 hour drive to see the home. He has a contractor background so he was also able to point out repairs that needed to be done on several homes and was able to ballpark the cost of those repairs. He knows the area and understand construction as a former building contractor. The North Coast can be a challenging market. There are wonderful old houses with a great amount of craftsmanship and charm. But you need to have the right person guiding you in the area.Pacific Pro Realty is the best outfit in the area.
