We listed our home with Rod and he got us top dollar for our home and sold it quickly and easily. We've bought and sold over 10 houses and this was by far our best experience with a realtor. Rod's expertise in the Coachella Valley really helped us get our home sold fast and he even got it sold for more than appraised value! Thanks Rod!

We listed our home with Rod and he came up with some great landscaping and maintenance ideas for our home prior to putting it up for sale. Rod walked us through every aspect of the sale and we were able to get a Full price offer and closed early less than a month later. He Also helped us buy the home we are currently in and negotiated for us the lowest price in our development. We couldnt be happier with our purchase. If your looking for Results, use Rod. We love our new home, thanks Rod!
