Kathleen was a great help to me during my search for a new home. She responds to texts and calls very quickly and always finds the answer to my questions. Her knowledge of our local real estate market and national real estate trends is impressive. Most importantly, Kathleen does not give up! We looked at so many homes until we found the right fit. There is so much to consider when buying a home that it can be overwhelming. Kathleens calm, persistent, and professional presence made this whole process that much easier.

Kathleen has done two successful real estate transactions with myself and my family. We enjoyed working with her very much. She was easy to contact and followed up on any questions we had. She found properties that met our budget and in the location we wanted to live in. She helped sell my home and was able to find a buyer in the first week of listing.

I could right an essay about how much Anthony helped me during the home buying/FHA process. Sellers threw a lot of curveballs, but Anthony helped me navigate it all and get my dream home. I 100% recommend Anthony!

Anthony and his team were fantastic to work with having it. My homebuying process was very stress free! Anthony was knowledgeable and had the resources needed to help make the process smooth and seamless . I would absolutely recommend him to any buddy looking to purchase a home.

Ive worked with many realtors in the past but none like Kathleen. She truly wants to put you in your forever home. Her response time to messages and ability to quickly get information was unmatched with any other realtor Ive used. Kathleen has also been doing it long enough to have connections that will really help the process or if there is an opinion needed then it feels like she knows someone for everything. I was definitely not the easiest client messaging her at all hours, but she is extremely professional and seems to never sleep. She learns what you are looking for in a home very quickly and always send the best places for you to look at. Its also hard not to find a aEURoeYes (wo)manaEUR?. She will give her honest opinion and will make sure you really want the home, whether she looses money or not. She truly has your best interest in mind. Thank you Kathleen!
