I am not sure how Mike found our last off-market deal, but I believe it was due to his deep connections within Real Estate in Marin. He walked us through the negotiation process and helped secure the investment property. He was upfront/transparent with us and the selling realtor. I feel this helped get to a negotiated price quicker and with less stress.

Ive worked with Michal for about 10 years now. I have utalized Michael for both investment property and my forever home. Let me say that I have worked with about six realtors over the last 20years and he is my go to for the last eight of those years. I can confidently say Michaels communication is second to none. Michael is great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, has great relationships throughout Marin, and was very easy to work with. Hes very responsive and on top of everything but also gives his clients space when they need it. I highly recommend working with Michael!
