To Whom It May Concern This letter is a recommendation for Sheryl Tessier the most awesome realtor I know. She is a friendly, knowledgeable, patient and resourceful person. She helped me sell my home a year ago at a time that several homes in my neighborhood were also being listed. I met Sheryl at school, she was providing free information to me regarding how to get my home ready to sell. I asked lots of questions and she assisted with answers or directed me to websites. I then decided that she was the realtor I wanted to work with.. She immediately provided her plan regarding how she would work to sell my home. Sheryl then went about the work of listing, picture taking, etc. Sheryl would always gently advise what to store what to keep in the house and furniture placement.
