Mat is a fantastic person and is an expert in real estate. Mat has great communication, whether it was through text, call or email. Mat accommodated our diverse scheduling needs to view multiple properties in multiple days. Mat has a great personality and was able to negotiate with various individuals to get us the answers we needed. We worked with mat for an extended period of time and he was there to support us through the entire real estate experience.

My wife and I moved from New York to Florida the end of 2024 but missed being in New York. So this year we started a search for a new home. We first met Jenna & Matt at an open house they were hosting for a house we were interested in. Although the house wasn't a good fit for us we knew there was something about Jenna & Matt and took their card just in case we needed a realtor in the future. We found our dream home on Zillow and immediately remembered meeting Jenna & Matt. We reached out saying we had a home we were interested in and needed realtors to help us. They responded fast and started to reach out to the property realtor. Coming by this house was NO EASY TASK, but Jenna & Matt went to bat for us hard and in the end all the stars aligned and our dream home was ours!!! They helped guide us through the closing process, were there anytime day or night for a call to calm us down as our nerves started to settle in! We couldn't have asked for a more caring team and we know in our hearts if it wasn't for Jenna & Matt we wouldn't be sitting in our dream home writing this review right now. Thank you both for your persistence, caring and dedication, it will never be forgotten! Matthias was excellent to work with. He was very quick, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He sold our home for more than we expected and set a record for the highest sale of a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in the neighborhood.
