I am a Realtor in Phoenix, AZ and when my clients needed a referral to a Grover Beach, CA. area agent that could conduct a short sale for their property there, I referred them to Sylvia Lunsford. Her experience, association with a major brokerage, and her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation told me she could handle the job. In fact, Sylvia went beyond the CDPE education and actually earned an advance designation and training, something very few agents do. Again, I could tell she would do a great job for my clients. The short sale turned out to be a difficult one. Two sales fell through, Sylvia had to get a foreclosure delayed, there were major termite issues, even tenant issues. Sylvia guided the seller's through the entire process with confidence, and they have just closed on the sale. In my opinion, she did a great job and showed (and used!) the in-depth knowledge she has of the process.

Sylvia helped me purchase a home in Arroyo Grande during the summer of 2021 in the height of the seller's market.
