Our Town Properties

A BIG realtor with an even BIGGER presence. Decided I wanted to buy a house and one phone call later the ball was rolling. Nick had the answers to every question, gave updates everytime he received one, never left me wondering what was going on. Hes professional, efficient, and honestly the best realtor Ive ever worked with. Thanks Nick for the great experience! Ill call you on the next one for sure!

Nick made the entire process of selling our home smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. We felt confident trusting him with such a big decision, and he delivered great results. Highly recommend!

If youre looking for a realtor who truly knows the community, the market, and how to get the job done, Big Nick is the one you want in your corner. As a Barton alum, he knows the area inside and out, and that local knowledge made all the difference throughout our home-buying experience. From the very first meeting aEUR" and even after closing aEUR" we could not have asked for someone more knowledgeable, responsive, and genuine. Not only does he understand real estate at an elite level, but he also knows all the right local connections, from trusted handymen to community recommendations that helped make our transition seamless. What stood out most to us was his honesty and integrity. Nick is a straight shooter, and we appreciated that more than anything. I work with people in the real estate industry every day, and he is by far one of the best (if not the best) weve ever worked with. He listened closely to what we wanted in a home, and by our second round of showings, he found us the one. He took the time to break down every number, explain every step, negotiate hard on our behalf, and kept us in constant communication from start to finish. We always felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. We truly cannot recommend Nick enough. Elite realtor, elite person, and someone who genuinely cares about his clients long after the deal is done. Thank you, thank you, Nick!!
