We owned a beautiful, pink, historic home on Main Street in a small quaint village so we knew that our buyer demographic was likely going to be somewhat smaller than normal. Janise worked so hard and did so many innovative things for us, including: making a welcome to our home video, listing our home in historic home mags in other states, and even bringing house shaped cookies with pink frosting to an open house. She talked to neighbors and local shops and just hung in there with us always trying something new. Our buyers are a perfect match and we couldn't be happier or recommend Janise any higher!!!!!
