Our Home & Co. Real Estate

Working with Laikyn was an incredible experience! I felt confident trusting her to show me homes that were truly worth my time, and she provided valuable guidance every step of the way. Her genuine care for her clients really stands out. Ill definitely continue working with her in the future and highly recommend her to anyone I know!

Laikyn was a fantastic realtor in so many different aspects. I never remember her pushing me into a home I didn't want, but was more than knowledgeable enough to answer nearly all of my curious first timer questions. Buying a home is a stressful proposition under the best of times, but Laikyn made it her job to make sure that stress was minimized throughout the whole process. She was a consummate professional and was very communicative in some of the most stressful parts of the process, including when mortgage approval took 6 weeks longer than expected. In this time she managed a to hold together a deal that was taking far longer than anyone expected or had much tolerance for. In the end, I got the house that I wanted, and a friend throughout the process and beyond. Thank you, Laikyn!

As a first time home buyer, Sebastian made this process feel so easy. He was very easy going but also honest, and his main goal wasnt to get a deal but to make sure we found a good home. He was patient with all of our questions, and walked us through every single step. Sebastian is a great agent and overall a great guy!

Laikyn was such an immense help and a great source of knowledge while helping us find and buy the home of our dreams! She was so kind, quick to respond and helped bridge the gap between all the different parties involved. Thank you, Laikyn!

Laikyn was wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our old house and buy our new house. She was there every step of the way and she always answered our questions. I would highly recommend working with her.
